At Explore Wales Guide Ltd, we want you to explore Wales with absolute peace of mind. Our refund policy complies with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

1. Guided Tours & Outdoor Expeditions

• Cancellation 14+ Days Prior: 100% full refund with no cancellation fee.
• Cancellation 7 to 13 Days Prior: 75% refund or 100% credit transfer to any alternative 2026 departure date.
• Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Prior: 50% refund, or free rebooking transfer to another available session.

2. Severe Weather Rescheduling Guarantee

Mountain safety in Snowdonia and coastal safety in Pembrokeshire are paramount. If an accredited mountain leader cancels a scheduled trek due to hazardous amber/red weather warnings (gale force winds, electrical storms, or avalanche hazards), guests are offered an immediate choice between:

• A 100% full refund returned to the original payment method.
• A flexible rebooking voucher valid for 24 months across any of our services.

3. Digital Guides & Online Masterclasses

In accordance with UK statutory rights for digital content, downloadable PDF guides or instant GPX route packs are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the digital files have not been downloaded. Once download logs confirm file access, sales are final unless content is proven defective.
